This policy explains how Toylivo delivers orders placed on toylivo.in.
Where we deliver
We currently deliver to addresses within India.
Shipping charges
- Orders of ₹999 and above: free standard delivery.
- Orders below ₹999: standard delivery at ₹99.
The shipping charge that applies to your order is shown at checkout before you pay.
Estimated delivery time
Standard delivery is estimated at 3–5 business days. This is an estimate, not a guarantee. Delivery times can vary by location, courier availability, public holidays and other factors outside our control.
Payment options
You can pay online through Razorpay (UPI, debit/credit cards and the other options shown at checkout) or choose Cash on Delivery (COD) where it is available for your address.
Order updates
When your order is shipped, we send a shipping confirmation email. If a tracking number is available, it is included in that email. You can also sign in to your account on toylivo.in to see your order status.
